Brianna Carlucci

I’m a creative director with 15 years of experience across agency and in-house roles. My background includes design, art direction, creative strategy, production, and leading cross-functional teams from concept through execution. I’ve worked across brand, digital, paid social, print, video, and motion, with a focus on building work that’s rooted in strategy and with creative performance in mind.

In my current role at Flock Safety, I led the creative direction and design system development for the 2026 rebrand, the second consecutive rebrand I’ve led there. The 2025 rebrand was developed in partnership with Koto Studio and included a full website redesign, and I led implementation and production across all of Flock’s brand assets. For the 2026 rebrand, Iverson handled the logo evolution and initial brand mockups, and I built out the broader brand ecosystem, including color, texture, motion principles, and UI elements. Over time, I helped scale the team from 4 to 16 and currently manage 5 designers across web, motion, and design.

Most recently, I’ve been incorporating AI into my creative practice and day-to-day workflow, using it to support ideation, production, and team efficiency without sacrificing craft or quality. I’m currently enrolled in Lighthouse Academy’s 12-week AI for Creative Leaders program, a hands-on course designed to help creative professionals understand, direct, and apply AI across the full creative stack. From text and image to video, sound, ethics, and workflow design. The program focuses on building real production-ready systems and developing the strategic perspective needed to lead teams, guide clients, and make informed decisions in an AI-driven environment.
